REMOTE IO'S

This is the Remote IO's. A product developed for industrial automation. All the communication is in RS-485.

Sometimes it's really difficult to wire the PLC and the sensors and actuators. There is a lot of cables and the distance between the components and the PLC is large. Another issue occurs when is not possible to change the PLC program of a machine already built.

This product can work in several modes:

In pairs. Two Remote IO's are connected via RS-485. One master and one slave.

One master with multiple slaves, when it's needed to connect the components in different places.

Multiple slaves connected in a master PLC via RS-485, MODBUS PROTOCOL.

All the inputs are opto-isolated. PNP or NPN is configurable via S/S input.

All the outputs are NPN.

It's possible to connect up to eight IO's modules.
